退款政策

CYMSTAR Designs products are manufactured and printed on demand. Your order is custom for you. Because of this, we offer no returns or exchanges if you've made a mistake sizing your product, or you've had buyer's remorse. 

We have a 5-day return policy on your defective goods, which means you have 5 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. A photo of the problem sent by email will always be requested.

To start a return, you can contact us by email. If your return is accepted, we’ll inform you by email on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
